I typically accept 3–4 custom orders per month to give each piece my full attention. These slots often book a month or two in advance, so if you have a specific timeline, it’s best to reach out early!
We do! As a family with twins, we love creating for multiples. Message us for a twin discount code before placing your order.
Absolutely! I love seeing your spaces and helping with colour recommendations. After you place your order, you’re welcome to send me photos through a message. I’m happy to suggest paint or stain options that coordinate with your existing decor.
We mainly use Benjamin Moore colours for our pieces. If matching is important, we recommend picking up a Benjamin Moore colour card to see how it looks with your decor and in your lighting. (Feel free to message me for specific colour codes if needed!)
Not at all! You’re welcome to share your favourite ideas, but we’re happy to send multiple mockups and help you find the perfect combination. We want you to absolutely love your finished piece.
No, we don’t! We believe every name deserves to be celebrated without extra charges — what you see is what you pay, with no hidden fees for longer names.
Our typical turnaround time is 4–5 weeks. Rush orders are available if you need your sign sooner (within 2 weeks). Please keep in mind that delays in approving your proof can affect the final delivery time.
Sign orders ship from British Columbia, Canada via Canada Post/USPS, or DHL. Customers have not encountered additional duties on delivery, but this could change in the future depending on future changes to international tariff policies.
We love sharing photos of the custom signs we create on Etsy and social media. If you would prefer we not post images of your custom sign — or if you’d like us to wait until after a certain date — please let us know when you confirm your order.
We will never post personal photos you send us without your express permission.
Our signs come stained or painted on the back, with hanging hardware already attached.
• Small signs: Sawtooth hangers attached
• Large signs: Wire attached to triangle hooks for easy hanging and levelling
Our signs are solid and weighty, so please be sure to hang them securely. We recommend screwing into a stud (not just drywall) and test and tighten screws as necessary as they could loosen during shipping. If you’re in an earthquake-prone area or want extra security, you can also use earthquake-proof picture hangers or a French cleat system for extra support.
